About José

Mr. José M. Sandoval Jr. is the proud owner of Sandoval Law Firm, L.L.C.

José is an honors graduate of Saint Louis University’s School of Law, where he earned his law degree.

While at SLU, José developed an intense passion for estate planning and all related areas of the law after seeing the direct and profound impact that those documents can have on people’s lives and their family’s futures.

Prior to attending SLU, José worked for a major hospital system in their health IT department as a business intelligence developer and application analyst, working with patients’ sensitive health information to produce insightful, data-driven reports for managers, directors, and executives. José is deeply familiar with how hospitals and healthcare facilities operate and how they should manage patient data. José applies the analytical and data-driven approach that he developed during that time to his practice of law every day.

To work in the fast-paced field of health IT, José attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with Bachelors’ degrees in Neuroscience and Japanese, along with minors in Business and Chemistry. Two months later, José earned an additional Certificate in Health Informatics & Health IT from UT.

José’s unique and multifaceted experience with various complex areas of science, humanities, and industry make him highly equipped to advise, consult, and guide others towards achieving their legal goals while considering their matters from broad and varied points of view, no matter the topic area.

In his free time, José enjoys keeping up with current events, learning about the world, singing karaoke, and traveling with friends & family. His go-to songs are “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen and “No Me Queda Mas” by Selena.

José was raised bilingually in English and Spanish, and is fluent in both languages. It is his distinct honor and privilege to work with clients in whichever is their preferred language.

He can also get by passably well in casual conversations in French and Japanese.
