This is the “standard” estate plan, and may be a good fit if you own some assets and have minor or dependent children or grandchildren.

Revocable Living Trust – New or Restatement
Individuals & Couples: $2,400
A custom Revocable Living Trust for organizing your assets, avoiding probate, or any other gifting needs you may have.
Other Document (Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Will, HIPAA Authorization)
$400 per Document.
Offered to give you the maximum flexibility in planning or updating parts of your estate at a time.
Additional Deeds for Real Estate
$200 per Deed.
Includes court filing fees.
Deed can be drafted as a General Warranty Deed, a Special Warranty Deed, a Quitclaim Deed, or a Beneficiary Deed to best meet your needs.
Hourly Services
Rate: $300 per hour.
Revocable Living Trust – Amendment
Minor substitutions or deletions of provisions in your existing Trust to account for changed circumstances, small legal updates, or any other needs.
Review of Existing Estate Plan
We will carefully review your situation and current estate plan to identify any needed or suggested revisions to your plan, or to confirm that your plan is still aligned with your goals.
Hourly Rate Also Applied To:
- Extended rounds of revisions beyond those provided for,
- Complex estate planning services, and
- Additional Client-initiated communications beyond the Initial Consultation, Signing Ceremony, and Estate Plan Communication Meeting
Hourly Rate Does Not Apply To:
- Initial Consultation,
- Flat-Fee Services as described above, and
- Additional Attorney- or Firm-initiated communications as needed throughout your representation
